The Bible is very clear on what it takes to recieve eternal life. You must put your faith in Jesus*. Salvation can never be earned. It dosen't matter how good you are,"For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: not of works, lest any man should boast."(Eph 2:8,9) If you have even one sin that you have comitted you would still spend eternity in the lake of fire. The Bible says if you don't have Jesus that you are in some serious trouble."He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life:and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him."(John 3:36)

You don't havt to worry though, there is a way to get eternal life. God loves you, and He dosen't want you to go to hell. "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."(John 3:16)

The Bible tells you what you must do to be saved "...if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."(Rom 10:9,10) Call upon Jesus today "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved." (Rom 10:13)

Are you ready to be saved? All you have to do is pray this easy prayer-

Lord Jesus, I confess to You that I am a sinner. I ask You to forgive me of my sins. I repent and turn away from the things that keep me from You, and I ask that You wash away my sin. I ask You to come into my heart, and change my life. I believe that You died on the cross for me, and that God raised You from the dead. I am calling on Your name in faith, and I thank You for saving me Jesus. I give you my life Lord. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Now that you have given your life to Jesus let me be the first to say "Welcome to the family." Here are some things that you should do. 1. Go to a good Bible based church every week if you can. 2. Pray every day, if you have trouble with what to say just talk to God. Tell him your problems, fears, needs, or anything that is on your mind, and ask Him to help you. 3.Read the Bible everyday. It is the instruction manual for life. 4. Tell people about Jesus. (That way there will be more people in heaven with you and me :-). 5. You should also get baptized as soon as you can. It's an outward expression of an inward change, and besides Jesus was baptized. Wouldn't you want to follow His example?
